I've also been asked to talk about our Home-Smoked Hams that we are carrying for Easter! Our Home-smoked Hams are, just like they sound, smoked right here in one of our three smokehouses overnight and finished off so you wouldn't have to worry about it being undercooked...all you have to do is heat it through at 15 minutes per pound. They taste excellent and better than anything I've ever tasted! Just ask the same people that have been ordering them for 3 or more generations! Once you get one of our hams, you don't usually go back to any other ham! :)
A grocer put up a sign that read:
"Eggplants, 25 cents each — three for a dollar."
All day long, customers came in exclaiming: "Don't be ridiculous! I should get four for a dollar!"
Meekly the grocer agreed and packaged four eggplants. The tailor next door had been watching these antics and finally asked the grocer, "Aren't you going to fix the mistake on your sign?"
"What mistake?" the grocer asked. "Before I put up that sign no one ever bought more than one eggplant."
