It's Easter Week! We aren't taking any orders for Hams or Lamb anymore. It's first come, first served. As
of right now, we do have plenty of Bone-in and Boneless Hams available for pickup. We do also have Lamb Legs available for walk-ins. Our Easter Week deals this week include traditional sausages that are usually made at only Easter and Christmas: Fresh Polish Sausage (excellent on the grill), Fresh Kielbasa (Also excellent on the grill) and Smoked Kielbasa (my favorite sausage we make!!) and Weisswurst (Veal & Pork Sausage that is excellent for breakfast). The Weisswurst is fully-cooked, and is best browned in a frying pan and dipped in a brown mustard! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! :)Easter Week we are open:

Larry and his brother Darryl were fishing down by the Fox River on different sides of the riverbank at night. Larry was catching a whole bunch of fish for his family, but Darryl hadn't caught any and was frustrated and called out to Larry, "How come you've been catching all them there fish and I ain't caught a single one?"
Larry replied, "I don’t know.... why don’t ya come on over here?"
"I don’t know.... I don’t see a bridge, and there ain't no boat, and I don’t swim to well," says Darryl.
Larry picks up his flashlight, turns it on, and replies, " Why don’t you walk across this here beam off light?"
Darryl was outraged and replied "Do you think I am stupid? When I get half way over, you'll turn it off!"
