Happy St. Patrick's Week!  We have great Corned Beef Specials this week as St. Patty's Day is on Friday!

  Corned Beef Brisket is what we carry...the Point is the half of the brisket with more "White Meat" (fat), and the Flat is the more preferred half, which is flatter, leaner, and more uniform than the Point.  We also are having Corned Beef Lunchmeat, Swiss Cheese and Sauerkraut for the Rueben fans out there!  Along with the Corned Beef, we have Lamb Stew Meat if you want to make Irish Stew.  Pork Tenderloin, Jacobs own Bacon, Fresh, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Dry Sea Scallops and Brown Sugar Smoked Salmon are also on sale.

An Irishman, by the name of O'Malley proposed to his girl on St. Patrick's Day. He gave her a ring with a synthetic diamond. The excited young lass showed it to her father, a jeweller. He took one look at it and saw it wasn't real.
The young lass on learning it wasn't real returned to her future husband. She protested vehemently about his cheapness.
"It was in honor of St. Patrick's Day," he smiled.
"I gave you a sham rock!"
