We do have SOME Bone-in Hams available yet, first come, first serve. We also have Boneless Pit Hams, FRESH Lamb Legs (Bone-in and Boneless) available as well.
The Lamb that we carry is domestic, and is the same source that we have been using for years, just to be assured that it is the highest quality (not that the rest of our stuff isn't the best quality :)).
