Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
The middle of May has arrived, and with it comes that wonderful stretch of the year where the windows stay open a little longer, the grass suddenly needs constant attention, and dinner starts sounding better out on the patio than at the kitchen table.
Things around the shop have been rolling along nicely this week, with the cases staying full, the grinders staying busy, and plenty of good things finding their way across the counter and onto supper plates all over town.

In Wisconsin, “a little chilly” and “perfect grilling weather” are often separated by only a very thin hoodie.
