Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
Spring is slowly arriving... and it would like a word with all of us.
At this point, the daily routine seems to involve checking the forecast, opening the door, and immediately questioning everything. Winter jackets are still on standby, umbrellas are living on the porch, and somewhere in the distance, the air conditioner awaits its moment. It’s a bold time of year.
You might leave the house in a sweatshirt, switch to short sleeves by lunch, and seriously consider a parka again by dinner. It keeps things interesting. Or at the very least, it keeps us all humble.
Here at the shop, we’re rolling right along. The case is full, the crew is here, and we’re ready to help no matter what kind of day it turns into. Whether you’re planning ahead or standing at the meat counter looking for inspiration, we’ve got plenty of ideas waiting for you.
If you've already used the grill this year, we salute you! You're setting an example for the rest of us. If your grill is still covered, there's no time like the present to bring it back to life (uncover it first, of course). Don't let a little drizzle in the forecast keep you from your appointed cookout.
