March has arrived, and with it comes that familiar feeling that spring is just around the corner. The days are getting brighter, the last bits of snow are lingering only in the shady spots, and we’re all starting to think about lighter meals and longer evenings.
As we continue through Lent, you’ll find plenty of seafood options in the case this week, whether you're planning a Friday Fish Fry or simply looking to change up the dinner routine. If you’re not quite sure what to do with some of those selections, we’ve included a few simple recipe ideas below. Don't forget, our Lenten fish selections arrive around noon on Wednesday.
