Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
If Sunday felt a little shorter than usual, you’re not imagining things. Daylight Saving Time has returned, and with it the annual tradition of surrendering one perfectly good hour of sleep. The trade-off, of course, is a bit more daylight in the evening - a small step toward the longer days we’ve all been waiting for.
The past few days have given us a taste of almost-spring, but the forecast suggests winter may have one more reminder for us. A round of snow is expected, which might make this a good time to keep a few hearty dinner plans in mind before the real thaw settles in.
And with St. Patrick’s Day arriving next Tuesday, we’ve leaned into the season a bit with this week’s specials. If a little corned beef happens to find its way onto your plate between now and then, we’ll consider that excellent planning.
Lent continues, and the seafood case is looking especially good this week. Whether you're planning a classic Friday Fish Fry or just looking to put something different on the table, you’ll find several options waiting. If you’d like a little inspiration in the kitchen, we’ve included a few simple recipe ideas below to help get you started. As always, our Lenten fish selections arrive around noon on Wednesday.
Stop in when you can. We'd love to see you!
Weekly Specials pricing is good Wednesday through Saturday, March 11 to March 14... while supplies last.
