Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
Ash Wednesday is here and with it, Lent has officially begun. For many, that brings a season of reflection, a personal challenge, and perhaps a few adjustments at the dinner table. Friday fish has long been a tradition in Wisconsin — Lent just gives it a little extra spotlight.
You’ll notice our Weekly Specials now include Lenten options, and that will continue in the weeks ahead. We’ll be featuring seafood items alongside your usual favorites to help keep meals interesting all season long. Whether you’re observing Lent faithfully, leaning into Fish Fry Friday, or simply in the mood for something from the fish case, we’ve got plenty to choose from.
We’ll continue rotating great selections throughout the season to keep things interesting week after week.
As always, we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve this community. We love seeing familiar faces at the counter, hearing what you’re cooking up at home, and being a small part of your family dinners.
