Well folks, it’s Inventory Week! If you see us walking around with clipboards and thousand-yard stares, just smile and pat our (pointed little) heads.
Because our crew will be elbow-deep in boxes and spreadsheets, we’re keeping things simple this week with just a couple of top-notch specials—but trust us, they’re worth it. We’ve got USDA Choice California Tri Tips—tender, beefy, and grill-ready. Plus, it’s a Boneless Pork Blowout, with both Roasts and Chops on sale. Fewer specials, more delicious!
And of course, we never let a little inventory get between us and the Brats of the Week. This round it’s Jacobs Own Beer Brats (a Wisconsin classic) and Jacobs Own Jamaican Brats, bringing just a little island flair to our otherwise numbers-filled week.
