Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
I hope you all enjoyed Fat Tuesday! Today is Ash Wednesday and, as is customary, the start of Lent! For the next forty days, we're invited to give up something that's not particularly good for us, adopt something that might improve us, or... why not both?
According to a study I found, the average time it takes for a new behavior to become automatic is 66 days. If I start a new habit today, by Easter I'll be 3/5ths of the way to making it permanent. I can do that! Now I just have to decide what beneficial habit I'd like to adopt. I'll keep you posted!
