Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
And just like that, it's October! Second of the "ber" months (SeptemBER, OctoBER, etc.). Easily my favorite time of year. I enjoy the weather, I love our Anniversary Week (next week!), and who can resist the spookiness of Halloween? Such fun!
At the Meat Market, the "now serving" customer sign behind the meat counter currently displays the number of days 'til Christmas. Today's number is 84. If you like this countdown, it was all my idea. If you don't, blame Eric!
Know what else was my great idea? Weekly Specials at the Meat Market! And this week we've got terrific options, including a Boneless Pork Sale (Roasts and Chops), Jacobs Own Cajun Andouille, Jacobs Own Broccoli & Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Jacobs Own Italian Marinated Boneless Chicken Breasts, Fresh Grassfed Ground Beef, Heat-N-Eat Precooked Meatballs, Jacobs Own Ham Salad, and Jacobs Own Philly Cheese Brats! So many great options, you'll likely need a bit of everything!
Yes, Brats of the Week has been retired for the season, but have no fear! We always have THE BEST BRATS on-hand at Jacobs Meat Market and one variety will always be featured as a Weekly Special.
Swing by the market when you can. We'd love to see you, share a smile, and show-off our Christmas Countdown (or suggest you look away if you'd prefer not to know)!
Theses specials are valid today, Wednesday, October 2nd, through Saturday, October 5th... while supplies last.
Butcher Shop Television will be broadcasting LIVE from "smack dab in the middle" of Jacobs Meat Market today, Wednesday, at 10:30am. You can watch the live broadcast on our YouTube Channel. If you can't make the live broadcast, no worries - the recorded video will be available via YouTube and shared on Facebook. You'll not miss a moment of the merriment!
Tune in this week for a re-cap of the weekly specials, banter, shenanigans, and to find out who won last week's contest! Will there be a new contest this week? AbsoLUKEly!
Some say that doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results is the definition of insanity.
I just call it golf.
