Hello Everyone!
Well, this week is one of our busiest weeks with St. Patrick's Day on Thursday! We are famous for our
Corned Beef Briskets for sure! We usually run out, so if you would like us to reserve some for you, please call or e-mail and we will keep it safe for you! Along with our Corned Beef Brisket, we have Corned Beef Lunchmeat (great for reuben sandwiches) and Corned Beef & Cabbage Brats (St. Patty's Day in a casing)! If you're not in the St. Patrick's Day mood, we have Jacobs own Ring Liver, and Boneless Pork Loin Roasts on sale too! If you're in the seafood mood, we have Zesty Garlic Smoked Salmon, Jumbo Sea Scallops, Home-style Crusted Haddock and Fresh Faroe Island Salmon. The Salmon is technically farm-raised, but it is raised in pens in the ocean, so it's in their natural habitat, just in a controlled environment.
I’ve got my own recipe for Irish stew: Get some meat, some potatoes and a lot of Guinness Stout. Drink all of the beer. Forget about the stew.
An Irish priest is driving down the road and is pulled over for speeding.
The garda smells alcohol on the priest’s breath and then sees an empty wine bottle beside him. He asks the priest, “Sir, have you been drinking?”
The priest responds, “No officer, just water,”
The policeman asks, “Then why do I smell wine?”
The priest looks at the bottle and says, “The Good Lord! He’s done it again!”
