Hello Everyone!
Well, Lent is upon us, so bring on the Fish! This week we have Fresh Faroe Island Atlantic Salmon!! Along
with the Fresh Salmon, we have Smoked Chubs, Wild Haddock and Summer Herb Crusted Haddock! The Summer Herb Crusted Haddock is a great, mild fish with an "Herby" taste to it. If you're not-so-much into fish, we also have some great specials including Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts, Jacobs-own Ring Bologna (Plain or Garlic), Chicken Italian Sausage and Boneless Country-style Pork Ribs. The Pork Ribs are great for putting in the slow-cooker and shredding and putting BBQ Sauce and making BBQ Pork out of. They have just enough fat on them to keep from getting dry, but lean enough where you don't have to drain the liquid when you're done cooking!
The children were lined up in the cafeteria of a Catholic elementary school for lunch. At the head of the table was a large pile of apples. The nun made a note, and posted on the apple tray: "Take only ONE. God is watching."
Moving further along the lunch line, at the other end of the table was a large pile of chocolate chip cookies. A child had written a note, "Take all you want. God is watching the apples.
