10 Jacobs country-style pork ribs
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 bottle of you favorite Jacobs bbq sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
2. Place ribs in a shallow pan or roaster, salt if desired. Spread garlic on ribs and then place the sliced lemons on top. Bake for 2 hours. Drain any grease or liquid, pour sauce over ribs and bake 1 more hour.
