traditional sale items including Bone-in Chicken Breasts, Bone-in Pork Chops, and Hot Italian Sausage. The Pork Chops that we have on sale are the regular-cut, the stuffed, and the Thick-cut Tenderloin Chops that are great for grilling or baking. A great recipe that I have given before, is that you take a thick-cut pork chop and put a layer of Apple Pie Filling on the bottom, then put the Pork Chop on top of it...then you prepare some stuffing and put it over the chops. Cover, and bake for about an hour and you have yourself a great meal!A group of Americans were traveling on a bus tour in Holland. As they stopped at a cheese farm, a young guide led them through the process of cheese making, explaining how the goat's milk was used. She showed the group a lively hillside where many goats were grazing.
"These," she explained, "are the older goats put out to pasture when they no longer produce milk." She then asked, "What do you do in America with your old goats?"
A spry old gentleman answered, "They send us on bus tours!"
