It's going to be a beautiful week! A great week for Grilling, and a great week for our specials of Brats, Beef Brisket and Sirloins! We also have Boneless Country-style Spare Ribs. For a great side, we have our famous Potato Salad! The Sirloins that we get are a Natural Angus from Colorado from a company called Meyers Natural Angus (http://meyernaturalangus.com/). The grass-feed the Beef until the last 90-days, from which they grain-feed them for flavor purposes. They are a great product that we started getting about 5 years ago and everyone is impressed when they taste it.

Unknown voice from another plane (in a beautiful British accent): 'Because you lost the bloody war!'
