Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
Late August is a confusing time. The calendar says summer. The stores proclaim Halloween. The mornings whisper fall. The garden yells zucchini. And Wisconsin warns, “Ask me again in fifteen minutes.”
At Jacobs, we're not ready to pack up summer just yet. There are still steaks to grill, burgers to flip, and plenty of evenings left for eating outside before specialized equipment becomes necessary.
And with Labor Day weekend sneaking up on us, this is a fine time to think about the last of this summer's cookouts. Whether you're firing up the grill, feeding the family, or simply looking for something good for dinner, we've got plenty of great things waiting for you at the market this week.
Construction on Lawe Street continues, but we're still easy to reach! Take Meade Street to Pacific Street and - despite what the barricades may have you believe - you'll find us exactly where we're supposed to be.
Stop in when you have the chance. Summer isn't over. Let's make the most of it!
